HIGH COUNCIL
The Guild structure is fairly simple and is as follows... The Guild is run by the High Council, Guild decisions are voted on using an egroup account for the High Council. All officers are members of the High Council, to be a member of the High Council you must be an officer. All members of the High Council should be prepared to answer questions of other guild members and lead them in battle when the Guild goes to war.
You may have noticed that there are two
commanders and then there are officers. Commanders are the ones in charge
over officers when there is a guild battle taking place. Officers should also
go to Commanders if they need help . If there is a problem you should
give an officer a tell before you try a Commander, If there are no Commanders
then you may work your way up the chain of command and contact me,
Gergen. In the eyes of the High Council, Officers and Commanders have the
same amount of weight when voting.
RECRUITERS
Recruiters are tasked with the job to talk to
potential guild members. They have the
power to invite people in the guild but they have no say in the High Council.
MEMBERS
Members are what make the guild what it
is. Everyone will be treated with
kindness and respect. Members are
allowed to use their discretion when PK situations arise. Light races should be considered friendly
unless an individual or guild prove otherwise.
If a member is an indiscriminate pker then the High Council shall immediately
have the member removed from the guild.
PROBATIONAL PERIOD
New guild members will have to go through a
probation period. While on probation
the members actions will be monitored, this will last approximately a
month. During this time any officer may
remove you immediately from the guild by their discretion. After Probation members may join the eGroups
page and have full member status.
