The beginning...
The clan originated in late 1999. In November to be precise. Henka and Magne sat up one night gaming on the net, ass-whooping to the left and right of them. The question of what name their future clan should hold, had bothered them for weeks. There had been a lot of suggestions but none had been accepted by both. They knew it had to be catchy so that people would remember who had been standing there over their carcass. But it had to come from the heart so that the name wouldn't feel unnatural to them. Magne had once suggested that they should use Henkas old Rainbow six name, namely Henka Da Snajpa, and have Snajpa as the bracketed clan name. It didn't feel right at the time the suggetion was made, but this particular night, and by word it was particular, he said it again. Magne and Henka had been ruling the Gaswork map at Softwarerun.com this night, so Henka agreed to try it on. People who lived nearby the houses that Henka and Magne sat in, said that there had been a star casting its light directly at their houses. Profecies around the world told that there was a new king clan born. The son of halflife, had come to earth. People began to raise hope again. "There is a god" people shouted on the streets all around the world,"and thy name be [Snajpa]".
Today...
Today, Da [Snajpa] clan is a well know clan in most parts of the world. They have the most hysterical fans, mostly young female groupies. They get a lot of panties and fan letters by mail, and sometimes Orca sends his panties to the fans. Just to show that they care. "The selected few" as the members of this clan are called by the common man, have done quite well in the gaming society. They have reached the no14 spot in Opposing Force, wtih very few minutes, and they hold solid ground in classic DM Halflife. Snajpa is today not just a clan but a lifestyle. People are trying to convert to Snajpa but fail mostly. "Bajs ska bajs ha" has for long been the motto of the clan, which ordinary people have a hard time grasping. Although it is a word of the wise. Never underestimate the power of Da [Snajpa]. Ever.
