Change Horn to Siren
Select rear spoiler type 5 for R30 and R30M, to change the horn to siren.
Clean Pause Screen
When Pausing, press triangle + square to remove the Pause menu. You can't
unpause the game while removing the pause menu. Press TRIANGLE + SQUARE to
show the Pause menu.
Get a Special Nickname
Put a team sticker on the car you were driving for this team to get a special
nickname.
Manipulate Parts Camera
In Parts type select screen, selecting Aero parts or exhaust will make the
camera move toward the car, but pressing triangle button will not cause the
camera to move close to the parts (you'll see the entire car on your screen).
Press triangle button again to see the close-up.
Reset Records
In Time Record screen, hold down L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 with START to reset the
record data.(This will also reset the Quick race high score). These will
not be saved, though.
See Meters During Replay
When viewing replay, press SELECT to show the meter(s).
See Other Car in One-on-One
When having one on one battle with a rival, hold down 1P controller's square
button to show other cars on the course.
See Other Cars in Free Run
In "FREE RUN", press 1P's controller square button when you enter the course
select to show other cars on the course.
Show Analyze Option
In Pause Menu (except in the VS mode), hold down square button while you
move the cursor to the bottom to show "ANALYZE" option. Selecting this option
(turning this ON) will show the ANALYZE meter.
Show Mirror Ornaments
Hold down L1/L2/R1/R2 when selecting "Shift Assist" option, to show ornaments
in Driver view.
Change Driver View Replay
When viewing replay in "DRIVER VIEW", press L1/R1 to move the camera left/right.
Watch Replay With Regular Angle
When you're about to see the replay, hold down 1P controller's triangle button
to see the replay in regular camera angle. (You can't switch camera angles
when you do this).
