At the item selection screen press and hold (R1 and SQUARE) and press RIGHT, DOWN, LEFT, UP.

Full Health
Pause the game and hold SQUARE, and press LEFT, RIGHT, UP, DOWN.

Note: Using this code will make it impossible to get a perfect score, since it counts as being spotted by an enemy.

Show Entire Map
While in the game: Hold SELECT to view the map and press CIRCLE five times.

Unlock All Ninja Items
From the Item selection screen press: SQUARE, SQUARE, SQUARE, CIRCLE, SQUARE, CIRCLE, CIRCLE, LEFT, UP, DOWN, RIGHT, R2, R2.

Unlock All missions In the Mission Editor
From the Custom Mission screen: Hold R2 and CIRCLE and press UP, DOWN, DOWN, RIGHT, LEFT, LEFT.

Unlock Every Stage
At the Stage Select screen: Hold CIRCLE, SQUARE and SELECT, press RIGHT, RIGHT, RIGHT, UP, LEFT, DOWN, R2. Note: If you have not unlocked Tatsumaru yet this code will only unlock Ayame's and Rikimaru's stages.

At the Stage Selection screen: Hold CIRCLE and SQUARE, press R1, R2, L2 L1, UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, and SELECT
