Citan moved into the village three years ago. Though he says he isn't a townsfolk of the people from Rahan, he built a house at the peak of a mountain near the village. He lives there with a shy, beautiful wife (named Yui, also shinji's mother from Neon Genesis Evangelion) and a five year old daughter. His hobby is tinkering with machines and so at the back of his house, there lies a curious heap of junk and rubbish piled up like a mountain. He is loved and known by the villagers as Citan-Sensei. (teacher) Aside from his friendly and approachable personality, he has hidden skills. Like Fei, Citan is also familiar with martial arts. He is also an excellent swordsman and can pilot a Gear. As for his sword, he asked his wife to keep it for him. Since he was a native of the Holy Solaris Empire, Citan carries with him a lot of puzzling connections. He seems to have something to do with Fei's lost memory and he also knows about Fei's other personality.
