When he was around six, he and his cousin Margarite (Margie), who knew about the royal family's secret treasure "Green/Blue Jewel of Fatima" were imprisoned. After a young pirate named Sigurd and Mason freed Bart from prison, they led a new life as troublesome desert pirates. Bart is simple-minded and hates trouble. One cannot think of him as of royal birth for he has a very easy going manner. He has a strong sense of justice and cannot stand abandoning those who cannot defend themselves. However his quarrelsome attitude usually leaves his friends worried that he might end up firing missiles on his enemies. As for his specialty weapon, it is a whip from his subordinate Sigurd.Whips are his weapons.
