All I know, from deep inside my soul is,

I have never had unconditional love

You know hon, for months now I have sat here,
waiting for you to "put me down" ,
but it never happens.
Because of you, and who you are,
and of what you have taught me,
One of the things that I have discovered
about this "unconditional love" is
that it never does.
You just accept me for who I am,
and never expect anything of me in return.

And because of that, I love you even more,
more deeper, more truer,
more pure than I have experienced in my life.
As this century moves forward, I know,
I want to spend the rest of our lives
experiencing each other,
learning, supporting, loving
and growing both as individuals,
as wells as together.
But the most important thing that we have
always had is the support we give each other.

Ed, you have to know that
I have fallen so deeply in love with you
that I truly don't know how
I would get through one night without you,
because I need you in my life,
regardless of how you are in my life.
Whether that means you and I are only here
together on the computer
with our trips together throughout the year,
or if its with us being physically together,
you are my soulmate.
