Enemies

Anubis--A floating, wormlike creature found in the Spirit Temple. Use fire weapons to destroy it.

Armos--A large, armed statue that comes to life when you touch it. Use your sword or bombs to kill it. Watch out, because it explodes upon death.

Baby Dodongo--Watch out for their leaping attacks. Give them a single hit with your sword. They explode when they die.

Bari--A large, jellyfish-like creature found in Jabu-Jabu's Belly. Simalar to Biri, only it is larger and it rotates. Use you boomerang to stun it, and hit it with your sword.

Barinade--Boss of Jabu-Jabu's belly. See walkthrough.

Beamos--A big, rotating machine with a single eye that shoots beams at passers-by. Use bombs to kill it.

Beth the Poe--Forest Temple Sub-Boss. See Walkthrough.

Bigocto--Sub-Boss of Jabu-Jabu's belly. See walkthrough.

Big Deku Baba--A large version of Deku Baba, but they don't regenerate until you leave the room.

Big Poe--A large ghost that haunts the Hyrule Field. They don't attack you, but you will recieve a bottle from the Poe Dealer after defeating all 10 of them. Catch their flames in a bottle once you've shot them twice on horseback.

Big Skulltula--A huge spider with a skull for a head. Slash its belly when it turns around.

Biri--A floating electrified jellyfish found in Jabu-Jabu's belly. Whack it with a Deku Stick or use your Boomerang. Using a sword only sends an electric shock to you.

Blue Bubble--A floating, flaming skull. While Z-targetted, allow it to bounce off your shield to extinguish the fire, and hack it with your sword a couple times.

Business Scrub--Defeat in the same manner as you would for a Deku Scrub. They will sell something when you defeat them, usually at an extraordinarily high price, though.

Blue Tektite--A bouncing, four-legged, spiderlike creature. While Z-targetted, hit it with your sword or projectile weapons.

Bongo Bongo--Shadow Temple Boss. See Walkthrough.

Club Moblin--Twice as big as regular Moblins, the Club Moblin will swing his club back and forth, sending a trememdous quake through the ground. Either toss a bombchu at him, shoot arrows, or avoid his attacks by moving in a zig-zag pattern.

Dark Link--Water Temple Sub-Boss. See walkthrough.

Dodongo--Found in Dodongo's Cavern, these beasts look like small versions of King Dodongo. Slash their tails three or four times, or throw bombs in their mouths. Watch out for their fire-breathing attacks. They explode upon dying.

Dead Hand--Shadow Temple Sub-Boss. See Walkthrough.

Deku Baba--These blue flower-like creatures will snap at you if you get too close. Swipe at their weak stems to kill them.

Deku Scrub--Furry, bush-headed beasts that are found in the Great Deku Tree. Bounce back the nuts they spit at you, and stand on their nests. They will give you a handy tip once defeated.

Dinolfos--Basically the same as Lizalfos.

Fake Door--Don't open every door you see! Fake Doors fall on you if you try to open them. Use a bomb to blow them up.

Fire Keese--Flaming bats. Shoot them before they can fly into you, or hit them with your sword.

Floormaster--A huge monster that resembles a servered hand. When it turns green, it is invulerable, so have your shield ready. When it is vulnerable to attack, slice at it with you sword. It will now turn into three smaller hands. Destroy them all before they grow big. Watch out, because they can grab you and squeeze the life out of you.

Flare Dancer--Fire Temple Sub-Boss. See Walkthrough.

Flying Bottles--Watch out for the phantom jugs! Their aim is pathetic, but you may want to use your shield on them.

Freezards--Monsters made of ice that breath cold dust on intruders to freeze them in their tracks. Hit them with your sword a few times to kill them.

Frozen Chest--Fake chests! When you open them, you will be frozen in place for a few seconds.

Gibdo--A zombie/mummy. Use the same attack as you would for a ReDead.

Gohma Egg--Found in the Deku Tree, these eggs hatch into Ghoma Larva.

Gohma Larva--These bouncing baby spiders drop from Gohma Eggs on the cieling of the Great Deku Tree. Whack them once with your sword to destroy them.

Gold Skulltula--A golden-armored spider that can be found anywhere in Hyrule. When you kill a certain amount of them, you will be rewarded by the Skulltula Family. See Gold Skulltula Locations for more information.

Green Bubble--Pretty much the same as a Blue Bubble, only their green flames will dissolve after a few seconds.

Guay--Large purple birds that circle around and swoop to attack. Use projectiles or your sword.

Ice Keese--Bats with icy flames on their wings. Shoot them before they get close, or you'll be frozen for a few seconds.

Iron Knuckle--Spirit Temple Sub-Boss. See Walkthrough.

Joelle the Poe--Forest Temple Sub-Boss. See walkthrough.

Keese--Black bats that stay put until you get close. If you get too close, they'll begin to flutter around the room. Use projectiles or your sword.

King Dodongo--Boss of Dodongo's Cavern. See Walkthrough.

Leever--These guys are very annoying. They resemble cactuses, and they scuttle around the desert. Use your sword to destroy them. When you kill a certain amount, a big blue Leever will appear. If you kill it, they will leave you alone for a while.

Like-Like--A slimy mass that will suck you in if you get too close. They like to eat tunics and shields. It's best to attack them with projectiles from a distance. Be sure to collect your stolen items after they die if they were eaten.

Lizalfos--Big lizards that attack you with a sword. Sword them back. A few hits will dispose of them.

Mad Scrub--A type of Scrub that spits lots of nuts at you all at once. When you bounce back their nuts, they will run around like lunatics. Take this opportunity to slice them with your sword. They will them burrow back into their holes.

Meg the Poe--Forest Temple Sub-Boss. See Walkthrough.

Moblin--Huge monsters that guard the Sacred Forest Meadow. Hookshot them in their backs.

Morpha--Water Temple Boss. See Walkthrough.

Octorok--A large octopus that lives in the water. Bounce its rocks back using your shield, or, if you are at a great distance, shoot it with arrows or your slingshot.

Paristic Tentacle--A large tentacle that dangles from the cieling. Z-target its middle and use your Boomerang.

Peahat--A large, plantlike pod on the Hyrule Field that rises into the air on leafy blades if you get too close. Attack its roots with your sword, but don't get hit with its whirling blades. If you run away, or attack it at night, it will go way into the air, and spit Peahat Larva at you.

Peahat Larva--Offspring of a Peahat. Crouch under you shield, because when they hit you, they'll die. Or, if you're really daring, run far away.

Phantom Ganon--Forest Temple Boss. See walkthrough.

Poe--A ghost that haunts several different places and carries a lantern. It is vulnerable to attack when visible.

Razor Trap--An indestructable spiked razor that moves in a pattern.

ReDead--Living corpses that paralize you and squeeze the life out of you. Play 'Sun's Song' to freeze them and slash them with your sword.

Red Bubble--A firy skull that lives in volcanic regions. While Z-targetted, use projectiles.

Red Tektite--See Blue Tektite.

Shabom--Floating bubbles of poison that float around Jabu-Jabu's Belly. If you use your sword, they'll just bounce off the blade. Use the boomerang or the slingshot.

Shell Blade--Shell Blades look like spiked clams. Use your hookshot to shoot the muscle inside thier shells. Use your shield to avoid their jumping attacks.

Skull Kid--When you're a child, the Skull Kids in the Lost Woods will be friendly, but they hate men. Watch out for their darts. Use your sword on them, but don't spend the whole fight chasing them, because they will eventually disappear. It's best to avoid Skull Kids when you are an adult.

Skullwalltula--These spiderlike creatures like to climb rough walls. If you get too close, they'll ram into you to knock you off the wall. Use projectile weapons.

Spike Balls--Use your hookshot to repel their spikes and hook them again to completely destroy them.

Stalchildren--Smaller version of Stalfos that roam the fields at night. They are slow and stupid, so it's best to keep on the move. If you do, however, choose to kill them, do so using your sword. One hack will knock their heads off, and two should nail them. Watch out for their punches, though.

Stalfos Knights--Big armored skeletons. Hit them with your sword when their guard is down, or stun them with a Deku Nut.

Stinger--A flying fish. Use projectiles or bombs.

Tailsparsaron--Tentacles that infest Jabu-Jabu's Belly. You can take the time to whack them with your sword, but it's best to ignore them.

Torch Slug--A flaming slug that hangs around hot regions. Hit it with your sword to kill it.

Twinrova--Spirit Temple Boss. See Walkthrough.

Queen Gohma--Great Deku Tree Boss. See walkthrough.

Wallmaster--These guys are a real pain in the butt. Watch for their shadows as they drop from the cieling. If you don't keep moving, they will grab you and take you to the beginning of the dungeon. If they miss you, slash them with your sword to kill them. Navi will warn you when Wallmasters are present.

White Bubble--A floating skull with a white light trailing after it. Hit them with your sword when they are standing still.

White Wolfos--Basically the same as a regular Wolfos.

Wolfos--A wolf that swipes at you. Slash it with your sword when it puts its guard down.
