While wondering whatever made you choose this portal in the first place, you come across a plaque.

Please tread carefully , as Flames are territorial !

"Hmmm. I wonder what a Flame Unicorn looks like?"
There is a gust of wind , and suddenly , a unicorn leaps out of nowhere.
"What...are you?" you stammer. The unicorn looks firece , as she lays her ears back at you.
The mare snorts. * I am a Flame Unicorn!
My name is Blue Phantom Flame , Flame of Ghosts and Mystery , the only Flame Unicorn of these parts.*
You look at her. She certainly looks impressive.
You reach out to pat her , but she lays her ears back.
*Don't. I dislike being petted by strangers.*
Then , her expression softens. *But I didn't mean to frighten you. No Flame has ever allowed any stranger to touch them.*
Blue smiles. *This place is just perfect for Flames. The storm , the space! Especially the space.
I love exploring , I find new sections to the Valley everyday.*
*Sometimes...I wish for a companion, but I can look after myself very well.*
You look puzzled. ~But where's the Snow Unicorn?~
There appears to be no other equine in sight.
Suddenly, a strange coloured unicorn appears.
You are half expecting a cold reception, as with Blue Phantom. But instead, the unicorn gives you a friendly greeting.
Blue Phantom snorts. *Here he is! This is Silent Thunder, the Snow Unicorn.*
*But you can call me Silent, almost everybody does,* he says.
Silent smiles. *Forgive Blue's rather cold reception, it is in the nature of Flames to be so, except to ones they trust.
*While Snow Unicorns, on the other hand, love as much attention as they can get.* adds Blue.
Just to prove a point , Silent sidles up to you and asks for a scratch on the withers.
*You see?* grins Blue. *He always asks for that from passing travellers.*
*Because I can't reach it myself!* retorts Silent.
The thunder sounds again , and Blue Phantom tosses her head.
*The storm is back ! I just love being in the middle of it!*
She turns to you.
*Are you coming...No? You must be mad! Well...time for my dramatic exit!*
She jumps into the bank of incoming fog.
Then , when it finally dissapears , she is gone!
Silent chuckles.
*I never can figure out how she does that, she puzzles me as much as she puzzles the visitors.
Ah well, I had better be going , too.*
With that , Silent dissapears into the incoming fog , calling ,
