Mountain Pony Unicorns

You head down the mountain , and find yourself crossing the large mountain ranges. Trudging through the snow , you suddenly come across a clearing , half hidden by snow and trees.

You find yourself face to face with a unicorn ! It rears , and you back away in fear , for it does look kinda *scary*.

*Peace Angel!* Another unicorn steps out of nowhere.

*Don't worry about her , she just likes her privacy. My name is Night Jewel , and that is Fallen Angel.*

Angel snorts. *We are Mountain Pony unicorns.*

Night grins. *we are recent arrivals here , but this environment is to our liking !*

*Hello , do we have a visitor?*

Another unicorn awakes , and trots over.

You gasp, because this newcomer is *beautiful*!

Night chuckles. *This is Rainbow Sky , our new mare.*

*Call me Aurora*. she adds. *I am the tribe's storyteller and record keeper.*

Suddenly, a dark shape slinks up and snorts.

*I see , Night , you have decided to let visitors in?*

This unicorn , another stallion , looks at you warily.

*Don't worry , Warrior , i can vouch for this one - they're safe.* Aurora nods towards you.

*Hmph. If you say so.* the stallion trots off with Angel following.

*That was Warrior's Tale. Not very sociable , that one.* Night explains.

*He and Angel are one of a kind!* chuckles Aurora.

*By the way , have you met the griffins yet?* she adds.

You nod.

*I guess that's why you look a little frozen!* Night chuckles. *Why don't I show you out of here? Come , jump on !*

Angel and Warrior both give him a dirty look , but you gratefully climb on.

And as Night canters on , you are lulled to sleep by the sound of his hooves.
