I just bought TAK recently
and at first glance, it looked very fun and intriguing. After further
play, however, I found that it was not nearly as fun as I thought.
After I played it even more it began to get long and tedious. TAK
has almost no base-building in the entire game. The only structures
are defense and theres an occasional other building thrown in here and
there. Although there are four races, TAK severly failed at trying
to reproduce the success of the first Total Annihilation. Also, it
costs a TON compared to the other strategy games out there. It is
around $40-45 depending on where you go and unless you are extremely bored
with every game out on the market and you have a lot of mony to waste,
I wouldn't recommend buying it.
