c. Minimize civilian casualties

First get the tank and kill all the soldiers around it. (See Pictuer 1) Drive the tank out of the area, get off, and go in the alley to the left. After killing the guards go to Valentine who's in a building on the left. Once he's done talking, go out, turn left, and go through the windows of the building. There are two guards inside as well as body armor and a grenade launcher. Go back to the tank. Simply drive through the level until you get to the end.

Location: When the road splits the first time, turn left. It's around the 1st corner on the right side.
