Who is carribolo?

My Hungarian nick name is karcsi (karchee) and my mother always called me carri.

I've been playing network games for a long time now. I was always fascinated by connecting to another computer and playing games with real live players.

My first favorite game was Bolo (16 player 2D tank game over AppleTalk on a Macintosh - read more on my game page).

When the time came to create a player name i found that all the one word names were all taken; also they had no character.

I needed a compound name which represented me and was unique.

So I put carri and bolo together thinking bolo players will recognize me as a Bolo player.

I have used carribolo since 1994 and so far have never come across another carribolo.
