Some Var'Nics and a Sho'Kar Scouts are often combined for Long-Time/Range Missions. But when they encounter an enemy, the enemy can easily identify, that the Sho'Kar must be the Elint-Ship. So a Scout Var'Nic was build, that would blend into the other Var'Nics.
