Rules for Recognition
Becoming a Recognized Clan is a high honor in the Tyran's Cove RPG. It means your clan is recognized for being a good clan, that shows great skills in role playing. It also shows you are loyal to the game and its' rules. There are rules and regulations to becoming a recongized clan, which are listed below:
2. To become a recognized clan, you MUST have 15 seperate PLAYERS (Not Characters) playing 15 seperate CHARACTERS.
3. To become a recognized clan, you must show some sign of role playing capability. Your clansmen need to stop by #Vampppub often to show that they are serious about playing in the game and serious about following the rules. People who can't get clansmen into the Game Rooms at least 4 days out of the week, should not bother running for clanship.
4. To become a recognized clan, and its' clansmen MUST be built around the rules of the game and should obey them to the fullest.
5. A clan seeking clanship MUST have a room on this server to use as their domain.
6. A clan can't have the same crest as another clan already established in the game. They will be asked to change the crest before they can be voted into clanship (Example: vM_ and _of_vM).
7. A clan must wait in line for its' chance at clanship. The clan will be notified through post or by email when their chance for clanship is up. When a clan meets all requirements for clanship, someone from the clan MUST post ALL the above required information in the Supreme High Council Post.
8. There are two votes that must be passed in order to obtain clanship. The 1st vote is the "Primary" vote. If a clan gets voted in with a Primary vote, they have clanship and all the benefits for exactly 1 month. When 1 months' time is up, the clan is brought up again. This time, a "Final" vote is passed. If the SHC feels that the clan did a good job in its' 1 month training period, they will vote the clan in for good. If the final Vote is "No" then the clan loses all rights and benefits and goes back down to the bottom of the Unrecognized clans list and must start all over again.
