Archers are the first job class avialable that has a long attack range. They can only equip bows and light armor but in the later parts of the game, you are able to shoot magical bows at the enemy which hits them not only with the arrow, but also with fire, water, or lightning elementals. It is good to have one towards the beggining of the game but there are many job classes with far greater ability.They also have a couple useful skills, one of which is "Concentrate. This lets you attack an enemy with 100% accuracy. If you equip this with someone who has "Battle Skill", that's a hundred 100% chance of success. One of the most deadly combo's in the game is an archer who has mastered the knights "Battle Skill" and who is equiped with concentrate. This allows you to break an enemy's weapon or armor from a distance with 100% accuracy. There is only one word for that, Deadly...........
