The questions I asked appearlike this, while the answers the Games Workshop employee gave me appearlike this.  Both questions and answers are as close to a direct quote as possible, EG. #7 was getting annoying and useless.

    For the Vampire Counts Black Coach, if it is destroyed, are the wraith driver, and creatures pulling it still affected by the Coach's bonus it gets from so many kills?
        No. The passenger in the coach gives them their powers. If the coach is destroyed, so is he and they lose their bonus.
 

    1) Can a Stegadon's howdah be stacked?
              Ya, sure.

    2) Can an anti-magic magic item nullify a weapon with a dwarf rune?
              Yes. Once it has a rune, it becomes a magic weapon.

    3) Can the Total Power card be used to boost a dispel?
              No. It says so in the rule book, man.

    4) I play the Lizardmen. My friend has a Steam Tank. Any suggestions?
              HAHAHA!!!   Sorry, uh, run away.

    5) Can the High Elf Mage Lord Teclis choose whatever spells he wants from the High Magic deck?
             No, he has to get them the same way as anyone else.

       This question has since been proven incorrect. Therefore, Games Workshop can err as well as anyone else. I recommend that problems try to be solved before hand and that Games Workshop is only brought in in extreme cases with difficult  people.

    6) Do the Stuntys (dwarfs) suck ass??
              You're damn right! They are the worse than the Undead!!

    7) How do you make a water feature?
              Ok. First, you go to the hardware store and get this resin, right?  Then you go and make your base however you like, right? Then you boil up the resin, right? But it is highly toxic, right? so dont get and on you and make sure you do it in a well ventilated area, right? and in a pot you never have to use again, right?
              He then goes on about a bunch of crap I am too lazy to include ( I am sure you get the idea ). If you want to know how to make water, call for yourself.

    8) What happened to the Chaos Dwarfs?
              What do you mean?

    9) They are gone. Why? Are they coming back?
              As far as I know, we are getting rid of them.~chuckles~

  10) So, if I had a Chaos Dwarf army, I'd be screwed?
              Yup.

    11) Is there a Lord Mazdamundi model?
              No, but you can make a conversion for it.

    12) Is there a Venerable Lord Kroak model?
              No, but if you went to all the work to convert one, it would look really cool.

   13) Is the Vampire Counts Black Coach affected by the High Magic spell Tempest?
              Yes. This spells refers to war machines and chariots. This means anything similar that is built. Not dragons, griffons or salamanders for example.

    14) So, the Lizardmen Salamanders and Stegadons aren't effected?
              That's right. The howdah on the Stegadon is affected, but seeing as it doesn't have any stats, it goes as unharmed.

   15) Can the Lizardmen army have any Dogs Of War, Regiments Of Renown?
               Yes they can.

   16) What is the percentage?
            25%.

   17) So the codex is outdated?
            Yes.

    19) In the Dogs Of War codex, was a typo made in the stats for Asarnil the Dragonlord's Great Dragon? It says it's initiative is only 5, when an ordinary Great Dragon has an initiative of 7.
            Yes. It should have an initiative of 9. This is because of all the time the two have spent together, they have learned to fight very efficiently as a team.
