The Mighty Lizardmen Forces

Lizardmen have the option of including Skinks, Sauruses, Kroxigors, Cold One Riders, Salamanders, Stegadons, Terradons, and of course, Slann-Mage Priests. They also have access to a few useless monsters who are too pathetic to waste my valuable time including.

Skinks: Skinks are the Lizardmen's weakest unit. Yet at a mere 4.5 points a piece, they can be used as fodder. They can carry bows or javelins which may be poisoned to increase the strength of the attack by 1. They can move at a descent rate, but the best thing about them is their ability to take high casualties while being used as cannon fodder. They can be mixed with Kroxigors, to help the big guys out.

Sauruses: Sauruses come in 3 different formats: normal Attack Sauruses, Sauruses with Spears, and the elite Saurus Temple Guard.

Run-Of-The-Mill Attack Sauruses: These vicious warriors cut down foe using large numbers and brute force. Being slow witted, elves and humans have and advantage until it is the Saurus' turn to strike back!!

Sauruses With Spears: Excellent defensive units. Spears allow for fighting in 2 ranks which gives these lizardmen an edge.

Saurus Temple Guard: The personal body guards of the Slann themselves. Armed with halberds, only the most elite veterans are even considered for the role.

Kroxigors: Mighty beasts bred for slavery, these monsters can easily crush the enemy with their 2 handed weapons. They're best when added to a unit of skinks.

Cold One Riders: The lizardmen cavalry. Marked at birth, great-crested skinks were chosen by Sotek to train the Cold Ones and ride them. They are the fastest ground unit in the army.

Salamanders: Living artillery. One of the coolest units in the game. The rough equivalent of a war machine, yet when it is attacked, it can fight back too!

Living artillery: The Salamander

Stegadons: Living towers of destruction. Giant tusks strike the enemy when he charges and a bony crest helps to shield him. Then there are the skinks in the howdah above, armed with poisoned spears, bows, and javelins. Not to mention the giant bow mounted on the howdah. It is the rough equivalent of an elven bolt thrower, only the bow can shoot over intervening troops, but allows an armor save. Overall, a giant monster of death.

A bone-crushing, giant monster

Terradons: Winged cavalry. Fast moving birds that drop rocks on enemies before it strikes. The skinks on their backs throw poisoned javelins and use poisoned arrows for their bows. These winged nightmares are quickly able to assist any unit needing some help NOW.

Terradons can fly

Slann-Mage Priests: The most potent sorcerers in the whole Warhammer World. Their daily life consists of sitting and pondering thoughts of the universe. A Slann's mind exists in all times, past, present and future, and through all realms of space. In times of battle, they are born aloft on their palanquins by 4 of the best Saurus Temple Guard, as their large, bloated bodies are not versatile enough to travel well. They lead lizardmen armies with wisdom and power, in the name of Sotek!!
