The Verse Fluctuation Declaration is easy to pick up.
You use a piece of literature such as Lewis Carroll and T.S. Eliot,
as used in The Grim Grotto.
All you do is copy out the piece of literature, the words you want to say
is substituted for another word in the duplicate.
For example, in the slippery slope...
The telegram read:
" " At the pink hour, when the eyes and back
Turn upward from the desk, when the human
engine waits
Like a pony throbbing party..." "
The real piece of literature reads...
" "At the violet hour, when the eyes and back
Turn upward from the desk, when the human
engine waits
Like a taxi throbbing waiting." "
Thus the code reads:
'violet' 'taxi' 'waiting'
