Go east on Hwy 30A through the intersection at Hwy 395
Approximately one mile past the intersection look for One Seagrove Place, a high-rise condo complex
Turn right on Seagrove Place (apparently this is basically at the condo complex)
The house is on the left the end of Seagrove Place
