Twisted Salvation

(Narrow Way vs Broad Way)
(longtime)......................................(short time)

Do not think for one minute that an easy salvation doctrine can be true for many years. The source of this is by a known intelligent angel that goes by the name of Lucifer. Do not think he does not have the ability to deceive millions of Christians and have them thinking they are going to heaven, just by confessing and having faith. In Ezekiel it says he is the wisest angel in heaven and perfect in beauty. If he deceived 1/3 of angels in heaven then who are we. We are just mere human beings. Because angels are more intelligent than humans, he also deceived Adam and Eve in the Garden. This intelligent known entity works by deception. What better way to deceive millions of Christians than to twist their only way of getting into the kingdom, it is like a spider in a web trying to catch you when the time comes.

  1. Twisted salvation is the web.
  2. Death is the spider.
  3. Hell is when you are taken by the venom of the spider.
  4. And then we know it is too late!!!!!!
    Scary, Scary, Scary, Scary, Scary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let’s go to these scriptures and the HOLY SPIRIT will show you what I am talking about.

Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide, andbroad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:

(Matthew 7:13)

Strait-4728 stenos obstacles standing close about; narrow

Wide-4116 platus spread out “flat” broad

Broad-2149 euruchoros spacious: easy

Destruction-684 apoleia ruin or loss; spiritual or eternal damnation; perish

Many-4119 pleion major proportion, many
4183 polus much, many; largely: abundant, plenteous
4214 posos how much;(long many)
5118 tosoutos in quantity or amount; so vast; as large, great

Now that is not a pretty verse. Christ has just said MANY PEOPLE will try to go the broad way or easy way to salvation. Now you see those words mean the majority of people. Christ says it leads to eternal hellfire.
Now let’s see how we enter into eternal life!

Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

(Matthew 7:14)

Narrow-2346 thlibo to crowd afflict, narrow, suffer tribulation, trouble

Leadeth-520 apago bring, carry away, lead away, put to death

Life-2222 zoe life; to live

Few-1024 brachus few, little 3641 oligos puny,(in number, degree), short, small

So Christ says in the next verse we must we must go through trouble, anguish and die a literal spiritual death, which takes a long time. Now I’m pretty sure you have never heard these verse before because most pastors do not teach on spiritual death. Well Christ tells us to watch for them in the next verse.

Beware of false prophets which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves

(Matthew 7:15)

Now prophet does not mean what you think it means:

  1. For by grace are you saved through faith and that not of yourselves it is the gift of God. (Ephesians 2:8)

The only thing this verse is saying is that by the grace of Jesus Christ dieing on the cross paved a way for our salvation. We must by faith take into account and believe what he did. In other words he did his part but we must through faith do our part and pick up our cross and die a (spriritual) death like he did. But if you want to still argue and say that this verse says we are saved just through faith then let’s go to this verse:

And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains and have not charity, I am nothing.

    (1 Corinthians 13:2)

You see what Paul is saying you can have all faith to remove mountains but if you do not have charity (Agape Love) it profits you nothing! Charity is God's Love not regular human love nor is it doing good deeds. Let’s go to Romans 10:9:

  2. That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead thou shalt be saved.
    (Romans 10:9)

Now this is not a lie you will be saved but is this the first step of salvation or is this the last step of salvation. Notice the word “shall” You shall be saved if you confess and believe. The verse did not say you are saved now if you confess and believe but shall be. There is a big difference.

    Shall-intended to be

If you are not still convinced listen what Christ says here.

This people (Christians) draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoreth me with their lips (confessing) but their heart is far from me.

    (Matthew 15:8)

Now just think if you honor Christ with your mouth you must be honoring him with your heart. Why would he make a statement like that? The reason is, is the heart is deceitful (Jeremiah 17:9) That is why a Christian is not saved just by confessing because the heart is not changed through rebirth because it is wicked (Matthew 15:19). Yes you can confess all you want but the heart is still wicked but you may not realize it but Christ says the heart takes a long time to change because of the fall with Adam and Eve. Let’s go to Romans 10:13

  3. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved
    (Romans 10:13)

Let me ask you a question. If you are being chased by a grizzly bear in the woods and call upon the name of the Lord and a hunter shows up and shoot the grizzly bear. Were you saved by calling on the name of the Lord. Of course. Now are you BORN AGAIN. Of course not. Let’s look up “saved”

Saved-4982 sozo deliver or protect, heal

Do you see anybody can be saved if they call upon the name of the Lord. Let’s go to John 3:16

  4. For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life.
    (John 3:16)

Notice the word “should”, yes you should be an A student IF you keep studying. Yes you should be a good track runner IF you keep practicing. Now we SHOULD be saved IF we continue in his word. (John 8:31).But what if we do not keep study or keep practicing or continue in Christ’s word we will fall off. We have to pay attention to all the modifiers such as BUT, SHOULD, SHALL, IF, AND. If you are not still convinced let’s go to this verse.

Thou believest that there is one God thou doest well: the devils believe also and tremble.

    (James 2:19)

You see there the devils believe that Jesus Christ rose from the dead, they believe that he was God in the flesh but where are they going, straight to hell. You can believe all you want but it will not avail you any thing in fact it is vain. The disciple James says this in the next verse

But wilt thou know O vain man that faith without works is dead?

    (James 2:19)

You see James says to whoever just believes is a vain man and then he says without works your faith is dead! The works he is talking about is not good deeds because the many Christians did that and they were still cast away (Matthew 7:22). Work is ergon in the greek and it means to toil, labour. Paul even said “work out your own salvation”(Phillipians 2:12).

*I am not saying don’t believe in Christ and don’t have faith. You must have these elements to get into the kingdom, but do not just rely on doing that for your salvation. We have to do more to be born again. Those were the first steps. Now one Pastor threw a Nolan Ryan Curve Ball with this scripture about Zacheus:

  5. And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house forsomuch as he is also a son of Abraham.
    (Luke 19:9)

Now one would think right here that salvation is instant because Christ said it in his own words, but there is two things you have to consider:

Christ died for our sins so that we could be saved. How can this man be saved if Christ had not died on the cross yet! Wouldn’t that be contradicting scripture?

A day to the lord is 1000 years (2 peter 3:8) So Christ meant that in a 1000 year period Zacheus would be saved. But if you are not still convinced let’s go to these verses

Search the scriptures for in them you think you have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me but you will not come to me that you might have life.

(John 5:39-40)

Now doesn’t the scripture testify of Jesus Christ talking about eternal life to Zacheus. And what Christ says in the next verse “You will not come to me that you might have life”. You see we cannot say we have eternal life just by saying we believe this scripture of Christ giving life. Because we do not know what that person went threw to get it. Of course Zacheus was not saved because Christ did not die yet on the Cross.

Christ was merely saying salvation has come to your house because of what he said he is GOING TO DO FOR THE POOR. Zacheus was merely converted. Converted means to turn about, turn around ,convert. Read the verses of what Zacheus did for Christ to make that statement. You see it read that he sought for Christ.(Luke 9:3) Sought in the means in the greek to search for something. How long did Zacheus search for Christ? We do not know. You cannot read one scripture and say boom bam that is it. We need to read what is before and after the scripture that seems so broad (easy). Let’s go to this scripture.

  • And he said unto the woman, “Thy faith hath saved thee; go in peace.

Saved-sozo 4982 to deliver or protect; heal

Now again modern Christians will take this text out of context. Saved does not mean what you think it means IN THIS TEXT. You see it means to heal or protect. If you read the verses before Jesus makes that statement, the woman recognizes her sinful state and anoints Jesus feet with oil and wipes it with her hair. And Christ forgave her of her many sins. He meant that all her sins were forgiven. But was she born again. We ask Christ everyday to forgive us of our sins but does that keep us from going to hell. Remember what James said in (James 2:19-20). The devils believe in Christ and believe he forgive sins but they are still going to hell. Of course they sinned in heaven but James is trying to tell us that there is more to it than believing and confessing. Now a lot of Christians will bring up Abraham in Romans 4th chapter of how he was justified by faith. Because he is the father of faith. Let’s go to it.

  • Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all.
    (Romans 4:16)

You have two types of faith “FAITH IN “ AND ‘FAITH OF”

Faith in-when you confess, believe that Jesus Christ is. You have a inactive faith. You just accept it by choice. It is instant. A belief in belief and a faith in a faith. A no working faith.

Faith of-Is when you have done something, you have the FAITH OF CHRIST, because you have followed Christ’s commandments. It is a working faith. Didn’t James say faith without works is dead (James 2:20)

This is what Abraham had he had a working faith he DID SOMETHING. It took him 25 years to obey God's commandment. That is the faith of Christ.

    Notice this…….

    1. It took Abraham 25 years to obey God’s commanment. He went to a place where he knew not to receive an inheritence. He OBEYED! (Hebrews 12:8)He had a working faith.

    2. It took Noah 120 years to build the ark and he WORKED OUT HIS SLAVATION IN FEAR AND TREMBLING. Paul said the same thing in (Phillipians 2:12). These two scriptures agree. So Noah had a working faith because he did something.

    3. Moses was in the wilderness for forty years. He did something, he had a working faith. He chose to rather suffer affliction with God’s people than to marry Pharoah’s daughter, he kept the Passover, and by faith he passed through the Red Sea. He had a working faith. He did something. He did not say I just believe and God will save us from Pharoah just by having FAITH IN God. or I just believe and I will receive the Ten Commandments. Moses had a working faith.

So now those were the major patriarchs of the Bible. If it took them a long time to be saved. Then who are we, because it says God is no respector of persons (Acts 10:34) God is the same always and forever
      (Hebrews 13:8.)

Last but not least “The thief on the Cross!”

    4. And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, Today shalt thou be with me in paradise.
      (Luke 23:43)

Now notice what Christ said the thief would be with him in PARADISE not HEAVEN but PARADISE. There is a difference. Now if a person die who is born again. Their destination is supposed to be in Heaven. The people in the OLD TESTAMENT who obeyed God were sent to a holding place which is Abraham’s Bosom (Luke 16:23) and that place is called PARADISE. So the thief was saved under the OLD COVENANT LAW not THE NEW COVENANT (today’s) The thief was not saved under the Grace Period (our period today).

      Bone Biter!

The thief was not saved instantly by confessing because you need the HOLY SPIRIT to CONFESS THAT JESUS CHRIST IS LORD!

Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost.

      (1 Corinthians 12:3)

Now when was the Holy Ghost sent? After the thief died on the cross! DID WE GET THAT THE THIEF DIED ON THE CROSS BEFORE THE HOLY GHOST WAS SENT! So this proves that the thief was not saved instantly by the AGE OF GRACE. He had to pick up his cross and carry it for a long time. He was telling the other thief on the cross to leave Jesus Christ alone because he is the God. How would he know that Jesus is God unless he studied it out. How long did he study?

We must ask ourselves these questions because the time is at hand and hell enlargeth herself (Isaiah 5:14) Hell is never full (Proverbs 27:20) This is nothing to play with. Going by those scriptures everyday somebody goes to hell! We must search for Christ and pray always. To know true salvation go to “PICK UP THY CROSS” (LINK ON THIS WEBSITE) I wish you well brothers and sisters.
