We present this website in an effort to keep our local
community, residents, business partners, civic
organizations, and housing associates informed of
the many activities.  We are responsible for the
management of  165 conventional low-incoming
housing units. Seven physical sites are located within
corporate limits of the City of Ocilla.  Our development
names are Davis Court, Central Square, Greenwood
Terrace, Valwood Court, Pine Terrace, Oakdale
Terrace, and Sherwood Court.

You may visit our site to view current events, projects,
accomplishments, awards, annual reports and more.

Purpose

The primary objectives of the Ocilla Housing Authority are:

To provide responsible low-income families with the opportunity to live in a safe, decent
    and sanitary housing that is otherwise not available or affordable;

To provide housing in an efficient and effective and non-discriminatory and professional manner, and;

To foster an atmosphere that will allow the individual family to develop a
    sense of community within each neighborhood and with the City of Ocilla.
