Your parents can look at what you've done also and have you work one the ones where you've scored less than 90%. Start with the lowest percentage, do that one, then move up to the next lowest.... and so on.
Remember, you may NOT get help with this. It will give me a false reading.
Parents - if you want some practice tests for them ,go to GOOGLE and type in CRCT. There are quite a few places have have the old released tests.
2nd grade - please bring your spiral notebook to use as your reflection journal
3rd - 5th Study Island - please remember the more you practice, the better you'll do on the CRCT. The time to practice is NOW, not a couple of weeks before the test.

STUDY ISLAND STUDY ISLAND STUDY ISLAND 2nd grade - it would benefit you also to practice Study Island. If you do not know your log-in name, see me, I have it. You also need your spiral notebook for your reflection journal. 3rd, 4th, and 5th - you will be doing a 9 weeks project. However, due to trying to practice for CRCT I'm putting it off until the last 9 weeks. I will give out specific information in April, but here is the overview.
We are doing a PRETEND market this year. However, you will actually make something to sell. The trick is to begin thinking now about what you want to make. I'd love it if the items were made from things you have around the house without spending ANY money. If you choose to buy something to make, you may not spend more than $5.00. YOU WILL NOT GET THE ITEMS BACK as the 2nd graders are actually going to purchase them with pretend money.
You will be making three items - they do not have to be alike.
This project will be part of our economics unit.

By now you have all heard about the intercession plan. I encourage you to have them continue to do Study Island.
Reflection journals will now have more in them. Please look over them and ask what we did. The more they bring up the learning again and explain it, the more they'll retain.
