The Georgia branch of the ACLU has come to our rescue in the defense of our free speech rights. The GA ACLU filled a case against the local Magistrate Judge Killingsworth, child advocate Charles O'Neil, DFACS Supervisor Susan Boggs, the Special Assistant to the District Attorney Tammy Griener, and the Juvenile Judge Tarey Schell for their violations of our right to free speech by demanding that we remove and/or cease posting on the ARLA web site. Our case is to be before the US Circuit Court.

Our special thanks to Jerry Weber, the dedicated defenders of the Georgia ACLU and those few other organizations that believe we still have the RIGHT to voice our concerns about the abusive “child abuse industry” and the character of those that run it.

Appeal to place foster names and address on Internet

ARLA appeals to all website owners nationwide to place the foster parent’s names and address on the internet.

There is a twofold reason for this:
a) To assure the public that these children are being placed in a “BETTER” environment.
b) To allow the places that children are placed to be monitored for safety.
c) As an effort to reduce the fuel driving the “Child Abuse Industry” by reducing the “Demand” part of the “Supply and Demand” capitalist system”.

Protest went ...ok

Our participation in AFRA's Rosa Parks protest march on DFACS went without incident.

We handed out 200 fliers, but only 6 people showed up for the march.

It seems that more people would care about the abuse perpetuated by this Gestapo part of our government.

Or are they so afraid of the intimidation or loosing more family members through retaliation by the DFACS.

We also had that concern, but someone HAS to stand up to these monsters when wrongs are being committed.

On with the petition. We need completed ones returned ASAP.

Appeal to all!
Recently, we tried to look out for our granddaughter after her father abandoned her. She was extremely glad to be back home and once again the happy child she used to be. We fed and clothed her for school and placed her in to classes.

Of course this loving and caring act was absolutely apposed to by Juvenile Courts and DFACS.

They jerked the child up and put her into a foster home for a few weeks and them placed her into a stranger's home of known alcoholics.

For five years, this child grew up under one name, one home and one nickname … then thanks to the DFACS Gestapo, they changed the child’s surname, called name and even her nickname, forced to live like a Cinderella in the home of an "evil step-mother". Then, she was abandoned by her fatherin North Georgia, then placed in a temporary “financially motivated” foster home; then placed by DFACS in an unloving and unwanted environment being raised by an alcoholic step-grandfather.

This makes SEVEN moves in LESS than one year by the DFACS Gestapo … a DFACS supervised by an uncaring former "Child Prison" director.

And now our grandchild is shown to be a damaged emotional wreck with an “Identity crisis”.

Duh…I wonder why? Are they too ignorant to figure it out????

We appeal to all to demand that this DFACS supervisor under-go mental testing.

We at ARLA removed the segment concerning Child Advocate in an attempt to defuse the situation and offer an olive branch.

We assure all that the Pike Journal and Reporter was quoted EXACTLY followed by our own questions. This is our opinion and should be protected as free speech. Back issues are probably available from the local Pike Journal and Reporter office. We are sure that they would be most happy to sell you back issues.

The Journal Reporter is a very good paper in reporting the News we were just trying to look at things from a different angle.

Gag Order and Application for Criminal Warrent ....

Court ordered restraint - cannot talk or print info concerning the case so it will be short.

We are being harassed for telling the truth We commented on the news as we saw it. All comments and references were taken DIRECTLY from his own statement to the Pike Journal Reporter and proper credit was given to them.

Abused by the system again ...
One of the children that had already lost her brother and sisters was AGAIN jerked from the most stable loving place in her life and AGAIN thrown into foster care.

This makes five moves in less than a year, that were directly caused by the system ...

When will the abuse by the system end?

We have been orking hard for those that support us and working hard against those who do not.

It's funny, we are getting calls from everyone.

There is lots of questions I ask everyone:

• How did you get my number?
• Why do you not know me a few months ago?
• Why do we NOT get to vote for Juvenile Judge?
• Why should I support you if you will not support me?

I did talk to Dylan Glenn, running for U.S. Congress. I ask him the all important question, "Why do we NOT get to vote for Juvenile Judge?"

He seemed to understand and agree that something that deals with the MOST important aspect of our lives, the future of our Country, our children, should be voted on.

I know Republicans prefere to deal only with the Federal aspects only, but he did say that he would speak to the Governor of our State about it.

Even the longest journey begans with a single step.

Why are doctors and judges not equally accountable???
In our "democratic" society, doctors or some attorneys can be held accountable for a person's life, but a Judge cannot. Why?

Also, most often even an attorney is unlikely sued for malpractice, as very few attorneys will take on a suit against fellow attorney. They are usually eager to take on a suit against a doctor.

Is this Justice?

I would like to challenge any judge or attorney to argue in this forum, why a judge should NOT be held accountable for a bad decision that could result in a person’s death, loss of productive life, loss of child or loss of a mate.
