or an industry running rampant as an organized crime ring

September 21, 2004, Zebulon, GA, local Magistrate Court ordered us at ARLA to take down our editorial on the local “Child Advocate”. This is a SERIOUS breech of a free expression guaranteed by the constitution.

This also shows the widening social gap between the legal elite and the common citizen. The legal elite are not subject to the same scrutiny to which other common citizens are subjected. This includes the standards for child welfare, breaking the law, lying under oath, driving with a shattered windshield, endangering children, etc.

This website shall CONTINUE to report the evils of the system.

Is this former child concentration camp director really "Gestapo" Boggs?

According to a Federal Investigation of 1997 Susan Boggs , The director over Spalding Juvenile Center allowed, according to those reports; allowed children to be stripped, sit on cold damp concrete floors, mutilate themselves and attempt suicide.

The Document was VERY specific in stating, "Subjecting youths to such punitive conditions violates their constitutional rights. See Gary H. v. Hegstrom, 831 F.2d 1430, 1434-36 (9th Cir. 1987); Morgan v. Sproat, 432 F. Supp. 1130 (S.D. Miss. 1977). See also Lynch v. Baxley, 744 F.2d 1452 (11th Cir. 1984). "

One would hope this is considered a violation of their rights, after all these are not hardened criminals, they are America's CHILDREN!

This former Griffin juvenile director is now DFACS 2004 Supervisor Of The Year"? Furthermore, just what is the Georgia State "Fuhrer" Gov. Sonny Purdue trying to point out ... his approval of her actions?

Is it customary the Supervisor of the Year at a child PROTECTIVE agency be one that violate children's civil and human rights??

This person is the type person to tell others how they should raise their children??

Additional note: Why do most people in these positions, either can not have or do not want children of their own? Are there some deep-seated ulterior motives behind this?

Social Worker OR Social Wrecker

One employee, of the above Supervisor had approved a grandparent's home three times and had allowed children to be placed here. The grandparents had practically raised two of the three one of which was six and was doing very well and in school.

To keep these children, this family jumped through hoops, passed one drug test after another and had four different evaluations.

On the fourth and last visit, she looked about 80 feet down a dim (evening) drive and saw a water hose which had been used that day for watering flowers.

It is uncertain if the supervisor had a long talk with this worker or not, but something convinced her to perjure herself and discredit the family by saying that the hose was a live electric wire laying across their driveway when she never went close enough to inspect it.

The safety risk of water hoses has been hard to assertain since actual cases where one jumped at, bit, assaulted, attacked, electrocuted, come to life, chased, sexually assaulted or otherwise mistreated a child have been hard to locate. Anyone with documentation please contact me.

It is quite certain that all of the agents, supervisors, lawyers, judges and even presidents have water hoses at their home. There was even one of these "suspicious" water hoses lurking behind the Department of Family and Children Services!

Should ALL children be uprooted, emotionally distroyed and jerked from these homes for lack of concern over this "safety" issue.

Maybe these evil water hoses should even be pulled from the market as a "public danger".

At the very least, this dangerous phenomenon should be reported to the Department of Product Safety, Department of Public Safety or even the Department of Defense. In the wrong hands this could be a new terrorist weapon!!
