New Patients/Clients: From 120.00 general consultation w/medical
records .
Returning Patients/Clients: from 85.00 (from 45.00 per follow up
visit for most therapy plans; massage, electro-therapy, non
accident related pain
control, etc;) Note: insurance related accident, pain and injuries not
included, please contact office.
(These
fees are for general practice and evaluations and does not
include wellness spa, optional diagnostic procedures, tests, prescriptions or
long-term therapy for Chronic and acute health and mental Imbalances).
****Relaxation Wellness/Therapeutic Spa
Services****: Massage(Shiatsu,
Hawaiian etc), Herbal foot spa, Oriental relaxation wellness,
reflexology and/or Indian head massage, essential fragrance oil
