Go to http://www.myleague.com/teamaml/ and scroll down to Tournaments in left frame of the page. Then click in the box behind TOURNEY JUMP and enter the tournament #  like shown on the image, then click on enter.
If this doesn´t work for you, ask for a link to the tournament pages.

Click on the register link on tournament page (the design of the pages might be different)

Scroll down to this box on register page. If you start a team all you have to do is enter your nickname and password for nickname in the text boxes, click in the box to check for reading rules and submit by clicking on register button.
If you join a team you have to select the team you want to join in the drop down box and additional click in the dot box in front of Join Team.
