Bob Fanelli Page

Bob Fanelli is a jazz saxophone player and vocalist featured on a brand new CD, MOOD SWINGS and a recently  released CD, JAZZ SAXOPHONE CLASSICS. His alto & tenor work is exciting, and the vocal and instrumental arrangements engage the ears and the brain.

Bob received his MS in music from West Chester University (PA) and taught junior high school music in the sixties. With three of his colleagues, he formed THE TEACHERS, a popular jazz–influenced group of singers and instrumentalists who toured major venues and recorded on the Cameo Parkway and ABC Paramount labels. The Teachers worked with many big name stars, and appeared on various TV shows, including "The Mike Douglas Show" and "The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson."

Born in Schuylkill County PA, Bob received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Schuylkill Jazz Society in November of 2001.
