We offer a written contract and bill of sale that states:  'This dog, to the best of my knowledge is free from communicable diseases and has been vaccinated and wormed regularly.  If picked up from the seller's kennel, this puppy/dog must be examined by a veterinarian of the buyers choice within 10 days or the terms of this health guarantee are null and void.  If shipped, the puppy/dog will arrive with a current health certificate; however, the buyer is encouraged to have the dog examined by their veterinarian within 10 days of receipt.  This puppy/dog is guaranteed on a replacement basis only, against death from disease for 10 days after leaving the breeders/sellers kennel.'

We work to produce healthy, sound puppies.  Our puppies will have had all immunizations and wormings needed according to veterinarian standards for the age of this puppy.  The puppy sold appears to be of sound body and in good health as far as the eye can tell at the time of purchase.

We require that any puppy returned to the breeder, has to happen within 10 days with all registration papers and health papers, and a signed statement from the Buyer's veterinarian stating the alleged health risk.  The buyer is responsible for return transportation, veterinary bills or any other expense.
