My Sister, my best friend, I will love you forever and always.....
How can I wait to see those golden streets
To actually be up there with my God.
To see his beautiful face, to know how lucky I am to be his child,
For how we take such things for granted down here on this earth.
Because we all know that our Lord was not given all the luxuries that we
have today,
oh I cant believe that we of all people,
His own children take
so much but yet we do not give to those less fortunate than us.
But I think
that if we actually took the time to praise his name
to stand up for what we
believe in
and if we deliver his work to those less fortunate that would bring
us closer to those Streets of Gold
that we all want so badly but not all can succeed in getting.
So 1 by 1 if we stand together united in our God we will
all see those Streets of Gold
that only true Christians are capable of seeing,
and if you are willing to stand out in a crowd, be the “oddball” for a change
and are strong enough to handle the pressure of today’s people and not be
ashamed to say
“I am proud to be a Christian”, then I say go for it
I am with you
100%. For no one should be discouraged to stand up for the Lord our God.
