Southern latitudes... that's where I've lived all my life and that's where I plan to stay. You can keep your
damned snow shovels and ice fishing bungaloes; just give me white sand, coral reefs and gentle trade winds in a place where summer is the only
season. I also have a fondness for deserts. These are places where tranquility can be found.
I have always been an adventurous type of person; one who is always ready for travel to a new and exciting
destination. If there's a certain amount of risk in going there, then so much the better. I love outdoor activity of all kinds: fishing, camping, hiking,
snorkeling, diving, caving or maybe just burning up a few rounds of ammunition with some of my guns. These are some of the kinds of things that I
enjoy doing. I hope you enjoy reading about them here on these pages.
ABOUT MY WEB DESIGN:
Designing these pages has been a labor of love. This site has become so big that I've actually had to divide it
into different sections (see the Site Navigator at the top of the column at left). Whatsmore, it keeps getting bigger as I create new pages covering
different aspects of my life both past and present. Designing web pages is one of my greatest passions and I take my passions very seriously. What
this means to you, the surfer, is that there's always something new here at Southern Latitudes, or at least it's on the drawing board. So be sure to
bookmark this page and return to it often.
I hope you enjoy your tour. Please come back again soon.
The city named in the forecast below is for the place where I live. For a forecast closer to you, just click on the

This page is dedicated to adventure seekers like myself. You know who you are and where you're going. It's to places and events that the cautious
avoid, that the prudent bypass on their way to the "guided tour." We're the ones who paved the way, tamed the wilds and built the empires. Without
people like us, the meek would have nothing to read about. But then, on the other hand, they're the ones who shall inherit the earth.
