Clients with disabilities are helped to obtain employment by SHARE’s vocational development program. Clients gain the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the workplace. Clients build on their strengths and preferences, as well as, explore new options and abilities. Through this program, the client is placed on a job and provided with on-the-job training and support. Employers benefit by hiring dedicated and loyal employees. Tax credits are available to employers in the hiring of people with disabilities.
