Hey everyone and thank you for coming to the Y-Club Site for West Laurens High School. I will have YA Pictures up no later than Friday December 6, 2001. We all had a great time and the following awards were presented:

Judicial:Jenny Evans & Kelly Adams - Best Team

These two were a great pair and strongly desearved this. Although this team of women were only freshman they held there own with the best Y-Club has to offer, congratulations.

Senator Britt Bush - McCutchen Award (Most Outstanding Debator)

Britt hands down desearved this award. Also a freshman Britt's strongest competition was State President Matt Markich of Woodstock. However Britt represented us well by pulling out on top as this years McCutchen award winner. Congratulations Britt!!

Senator Jonathan Goode - Outstanding Committee Chairman

Look I am the webmaster I am not going off on why I won. :)

And this year our biggest award hands down went to Ashton Bacon as she will preside under the great Youth Governor Ellis Washington, III of Tifton as the President Pro Temp. Of the senate. She will be swapping in and out with Lieutenant Governor A.J. Sanders of North Macon. I know She will serve out school well as the new President Pro Temp. Now the reason why this is such a great honor is because Ashton has now joined fellow club members Jonathan Goode, and Britt Bush on the esteemed Southeast Counsil. Here she will be a insite into the planning and organizing of all of the Southeast Confrences and events. Ashton has been in Y-Club since the Sixth grade and hands down deserved this office. Cogratulations Madam President!!!!
