Information on registered sex offenders is available only through local law enforcement agencies. For information on registered sex offenders, contact your local law enforcement agency. Teller County
Maine:
The state of Maine does not provide the names or other information about registered sex offenders on the Internet. Individuals interested in obtaining that information must go through state or local law enforcement agencies.
Minnesota:
Minnesota does have a Web site on sex offenders, but it does not list the names of individual sex offenders. Missouri:
The state of Missouri does not provide information or the names of registered sex offenders on the Internet. Upon request, local law enforcement agencies make the information available to the public.
Montana:
Montana does not have a Web site. Local law enforcement authorities handle the dissemination of information and notification about registered sex offenders.
Nevada:                               Nevada does not have a Web site. Local law enforcement authorities handle the dissemination of information and notification about registered sex offenders.
New Hampshire:
The state of New Hampshire does not have a Web site that provides information or lists the names of registered sex offenders. Local law enforcement agencies are responsible for notifying the public about sex offenders who have been convicted of aggravated sexual assault against children under the age of 13.
New Jersey:
The state of New Jersey does not provide access to names of registered sex offenders on the Internet. However, it does have information explaining the implementation and notification process for registered sex offenders on its Web site. Local law enforcement authorities only provide information about high-risk sex offenders to those deemed most likely to encounter the offender. New Mexico:
The state of New Mexico does not have a Web site listing the names of or information about registered sex offenders. However, there are plans to develop a site later this year. For now, information about registered sex offenders is available through local law enforcement authorities.
North Dakota:
The state of North Dakota does not provide Internet access to the names of or information about registered sex offenders. The list of registered sex offenders is confidential. Local law enforcement agencies release public information about registered sex offenders only if the offender presents a risk to the general population.
Ohio:
The state of Ohio does not provide a Web site with the names or information regarding registered sex offenders. The release of information and other related matters regarding registered sex offenders is handled by local law enforcement agencies.

Oklahoma:
The state of Oklahoma does not provide Internet access to the names and other information about registered sex offenders. Members of the public interested in obtaining information about registered sex offenders can write, telephone or fax the state Department of Corrections. Oregon:
Oregon maintains a Web site that allows users to check an individual's criminal history. The database lists all convictions and arrests made in the past year, including those individuals convicted of sex crimes. Users must first register and then pay $15 per background check. Washington:
The state of Washington does not provide Internet access to the names or other information about registered sex offenders. The public can make inquiries about registered sex offenders to Washington State Patrol. Typically, local law enforcement authorities handle the dissemination of information about registered sex offenders.
