If you would like to win my site award, read the rules, pick which award, and then fill out the entire form. If you skip part of form (name, e-mail address, anything) I will delete it and you will not get the award.

Rules

Your site must contain no cussing. None at all, not even #$@&*(% in place of it. Your site must be about *NSYNC or a member. You must have made the site. You must have signed the guestbook. It must be pretty good. I'm an easy judger, but certain things bug me. It may not be an anti-band (any of the bands or members) site. Humor is OK as long as it is clean (no perverted, disgusting, gay, ect. stuff) and not extremely rude or mean.

Group Award #1- Pic of *NSYNC bowling with red accents. Says "Your site bowled *NSYNC over."
Group Award #2- Pic of *NSYNC with yellow accents. Says "Your site has won the best *NSYNC site.
JC Award- Pic of JC pointing. Says "JC likes your site."
Justin Award- Pic of Justin on a couch. Says "You have a great Justin site."
