IMPORTANT: for those of you looking for the information I promised on the American Legion Oratory Contest, here it is:

1st Speech 8-10 minutes: prepared speech about the consitution. This speech is fairly open for your ideas. You must have this speech written.

2nd speech 3-5 minutes: you need to know the information for the three topics. You can come by and discuss them with me for help.
