Everybody has a hobby or something they collect.  This is our page dedicated to our favorite collectable bears - The Boyd's Bears!

Our collection began in 1995 when Kenny's mother gave us our first piece.  She kept sending us pieces usually themed around a holiday or special event.  Soon after, Laurel's mom got it to as well.

Then we discovered a store that carried several pieces and fell in love with the Christmas Nativity set.  It took us some time to collect all those pieces!

Next thing we knew, we were avid collectors. We joined the Friends of Boyd's and our collection grew and grew.  As of the end of 2000, we have over 90 pieces!

We plan on seeking psychological help, but we new we just couldn't "bear" doing it!
