News and Updates
Happy Halloween! If you got my notice earlier in the week, than you knew that this long-awaited newsletter would reach you soon. Sorry about the month-long absence, but I am real busy. I hope you like the special Halloween decor that is scattered throughout the newsletter. No trivia or interview this newsletter, and its not because I procrastinated. I never thought trivia to be a worthy addition to the NL, but I know many people enjoy it. Sorry, and on with the newsletter! Notice that this is just a minor update and will not include all the normal features of the newsletter.

News and Stuff Well let's see, what has happened since newsletter 28? Well, PS2 and the new ZELDA game came out. Pokemon gold and silver were released (*yawn*). Not much, but there is much to come. The all goodness holiday game season is upon us, and with that comes many great movies as well. Final Fanstasy IX has been confirmed as a November 13-17 release. Specifics soon. Paper Mario has been moved back to a February release, and the next Pokemon Stadium game hits in March.

Ranks
Ranks Update: New Ranks are in!!! Just because the upper ranks are notfilled up doesn't mean you are not worthy of the position!!! I thoughtit would be a good idea to start the ranks near the bottom sopromotions and demotions will be easier to chart. (Instead of, say someone being randomly chosen near tohe top of the ranks, and then cannotbe necessarily promoted...) So don't be mad if you are a Sentry Robot,and someone who put in the same amount of effort as you is a CafeRegular. Ranks should change drastically over the next few weeks...

Member Info/Promotions and Demotions
I have done somethingworthy of a promotion
In the club, you arepromoted and demoted according to your behavior and participation. I'llbe straight with you: If you don't do anything, you won't be demoted.Yes I meant to write DEmoted. I understand if you just want to join theclub and read newsletters. I used to do that when I was in other clubs.If you purposely try to harm the club, you will be demoted, and onlythen. You can be promoted though, and with promotion comes greathappiness! Here are the top five things you can do to get promoted:

1. Send me an oldMoonside Newsletter: Promoted 3 Ranks!
2. Recruit 5 members: Promoted 1 Rank
3. Advertise on EB Message Boards: Promoted 1 Rank (If i get moremembers because of the ad, you are promoted again) Note: I have no AOL,so I cannot do this anymore = VERY IMPORTANT.
4. Help find other clubs to advertise with: Promoted Once
5. Help with Web Design and Logos: Twice Promoted

You need to notify me of your accomplishment though, did you think thata promotion would come automatically?!? I would prefer you send oldNewsletters, or help with logos!!! ~Red

Conclusion
wow, one month, and I still don't want to do this. Due to lack of membership, the club is going on hiatus until I feel like updating you. I hope that doesn't sound too selfish, but I really am busy with stuff, so peace out for a while. I know you won't miss me...
