I never meant to hurt you

everything
For all the bad memories
I know I’ve done some really stupid things
But please forgive me
Everyday we’ve been apart
Life has been so hard to bear
I wanted all the pain, stress and confusion to go away
Can you really blame me?
I was desperate to make my own problems go away
I had to take the chance that things would be
different;

I was crazy to walk out on us
I was stupid to compromise my heart
My life isn’t easier now
It’s incomplete
I regret everyday for leaving you
For letting myself be beaten down
That I hope you understand
I’ve thought about this long and hard
And now I see things clearly
I’m not gonna lose the best thing that’s ever happened
to me
I’m not gonna back down and run away this time
