Corruption Within the Trumpet Society

Recently in the trumpeting world I have noticed a bit of meanness towards fellow trumpet players. This is the type of behavior, which might be expected from a bassoon or clarinet player with all their dirty ways. I have seen trumpet players insult and mock their comrades. Derisive remarks have been directed at each other. This can not continue. It is a shameful embarrassment to the trumpeting community to have knowledge of what some trumpet players will do to other trumpet players. It’s sad. I feel a horrible pain when I observe this going on.

There must be reasons why some trumpets act the way they do. Maybe they only wish the best for the trumpeting society and become impatient with struggling trumpeters. That’s understandable.
Once I was really struggling with my trumpeting skills. I was given a new piece to play and it was very difficult. I had a lot of trouble with this music. So the three trumpeters who happened to be in the first chairs at the time (because I was in my slump), laughed rudely and offered to help me play the part. They also laughed when I told them I was going to make the highest band in high school, even though they didn’t make the high bands.

Maybe they are selfish and only care about themselves. Maybe they don’t give a second flip about the trumpet society and the REVOLUTION. We must shun trumpeters who could care less about the TRUMPET REVOLUTION. I know plenty of trumpeters who act that way. There is one more reason why one trumpet player may be mean to another trumpet player. The trumpeter who is being ridiculed may not really be into trumpeting. I know that sounds awful.
That is the case with my friend Stewie and me. Although I am not rude to him, I am very mad that he has lost interest in trumpeting. One of the reasons I created this web site was to try and motivate him. Although he is also one of those people who doesn’t care about the REVOLUTION. I still have hope for hem. I will continue trying to revive the love he had for his trumpet when he first joined band. Please mail Stewie and offer him some encouragement. Java116@hotmail.com .

How can we ever conquer the musical world if we fight amongst ourselves? We can’t. We’ll never win if this keeps up. We must not tolerate corruption. Of course we all want to witness the success of the TRUMPET REVOLUTION. So I say, "Stop it all of you who are mean to fellow trumpet players. Halt your awful remarks. Instead direct your evil nastiness towards the woodwinds. Yell at the bassoons or the clarinets or the oboes or the saxes or even the flutes. Please just be nice to your trumpeting comrades. It is for the TRUMPET REVOLUTION’s best!"
