          REMEMBER THE TIME

Remember the victims of the day of disaster
So they will remain within our minds.
Americans were not the only victims
They had ethnic groups and nationalities of all kinds.
The World Trade Center, The Pentagon,
And four planes hijacked in mid-flight
Should not be erased from history.
They should be kept within our sight.
Remember the tragic day in Sepetember,
Unlike any day that came before.
Seven thousand were killed and countless others
Had their lives ripped out down to the core.
Many people came together
In the city of New York.
Donations came from all over the world.
To the families of each victim they would fork.
Remember the time of each disaster.
Despite it all, life is a fragile thing.
With the horrible timing of it all
No one knows what the future will bring.
Human beings share the planet.
No other creature can be so cruel.
No other creature can be so kind either.
The entire world is altered by their rule.
