Encouraging words and discouraging words contain power
Greater than most people think.
Words alone can make someone swim or sink
Because human beings at any given hour
Are looking for someone who will not cower.
Anyone who is on the brink
Of success or failure will try to link
With someone who will not go sour.
Kind words alone can enable
One to accomplish things thought unobtainable.
With cruel words this will never be known,
Becuase they make one grow unstable.
Encouragement has to be sustainable
If the task is to be done alone.
