- To
achieve pure concentration during a philosophical lecture
or an explanation of a movement, the student must attain
a feeling that he is alone with only his teacher in the
class, regardless of the number of students actually
there.
- Absorb
his philosophy. Learn his demonstrated techniques.
- Thirty
percent of students that begin with a start-up class will
end up wasting their time and effort by giving up and
dropping out of class after only a few weeks of training.
They will quit because they did not follow my
instructions properly in class or failed to practice at
home. The early lessons may seem too strenuous for some
because their bodies are not conditioned. Unfortunately,
those in this group cannot be coerced into following the
training advice. It is something you must want to do
yourself.
- IMMEDIATE
MASTERY OVER THE ART IS NOT POSSIBLE. But advancement
is...A horse running full speed at the beginning of a
race usually ends up last!
