My name is Pankanli

(a name given to me by my GrandPa Mack).

In Indian language Pankanli meaning is,

Blossom, just coming into full bloom.

I am 23 years old and I am

very interested in reading and writting poetry.

Over the past few years I have

written many poems, some of which I still

have and many that have been lost

along the way. I am inspired

by many things; my family,

my friends, and different things that I

have experienced in my life.

Some of the poems can be looked

at in many different ways so the

meaning you get may be totally

different from what I or others may get.

I would appreciate it very much if

you would look at these poems, look

within yourselfs, and share with me

your feelings on what I have shared

with you. I hope you enjoy!!!

Along with my love of poetry,

I also have a love of Cherokee indians.

I would like to dedicate my indian pages

to my GrandPa Mack because he has

inspired me to research into my own

heritage and also look into other

indian cultures. Thank you GrandPa,

you mean more to me than you know.
