Paint:
Paint is a big factor in building a model car. First, make sure that you don't touch your model because the oils on your hands will make the paint bubble. To avoid the oils that have already have gathered on your model wash it in warm water with a little bit of soap. To begin painting you need to shake the can good, next you will need to test your paint on a piece of cardboard to make sure that the nozel is clean so that the paint will go on your model even and smooth. Then you will want to hold the spray can about 6 inches away from the surface, try to make even strokes so the paint will not run. Remember that 3 thin coats are better than one heavy coat.
Glue:
To start you may want find the right kind of glue for you. I like to use all kinds. You may want to choose another. I can't really tell you how to glue but I have some tips:
1. Do not use much glue!!!!!
2. Use glue tips to control the flow of glue.
3. Try to use something to even out the amount of glue.
4. It is very important to not get glue on your hand and touch other parts of the car.
Cutting:
You need to cut out all your parts from the tree to reduce the possibility of the breaking them.
Decals:
Decals need to be keep very clean and keep the surface which to they will be applied clean.
Wheels and Tires:
Always keep you tires very clean and your wheels clean to. If you have to paint the wheels it is very important to remove the paint on the part that you will be put your glue on.
