he's falling endlessly
endlessly falling down
not a parachute in sight
always falling
                    down
           down
down
forever falling 
into the sweetness of her
falling

down

down to where 
she breathes softly 

down to where 
she speaks his name in silence

down 

to where she laughs & cries
to where she swings a bat
& eats ice-cream 

down to where she bleeds 

down to where he resides
