I hear "Pomp and Circumstance"!!!
I can hardly believe it's been almost a YEAR since I last updated... feels like a decade. SO much has happened since I last checked in. I'll now try to relate that to you.
August, I went to Wichita, Kansas and participated in the Legacy Arts Discovery and Development Camp. WHAT an eye-opening week! Funny that such a short time can change someone so much! But, it changed me! I started to learn guitar there, and I met Kimmy--my new favorite person from Charleston, SC.
This past year, I've been trying to wrap up my college career. Last fall, I did a pre-student teaching, and this semester, I've been student teaching. It's a strange thought to think that I'm well on my way to being a career woman. No longer will I be a college girl... Exhilerating and nerve-wracking at the same time... kinna like the first time I rode the Georgia Scorcher.
I continue to work at Outback, and just recently, I've trained to be a bartender. It's SO much more fun than serving tables!! I'm not sure how much longer I'll be here, but it's a good experience, nonetheless.
Graduation is May 14th. All too close... so close that I've JUST ordered my invitations, and they haven't come in yet!! AAAAHHH!! Anyway, I'm not gonna worry. Every little ting gonna be alright.
