Mew is a Psychic type Pokemon who has many diffrent rumored ways to get him. Starting level is unknown. He learns Transform, Mega Punch, Metronome, and Psychic. He also can learn any TM or HM. His attack, defense, speed, and special are all evenly balanced. He is confirmed Pokemon #151 because I have a legitimate one and he adds that number to your Pokedex. His data is "So rarely seen that he is still said to be a mirage by many experts. Only a few people have seen him worldwide."
Togepi
Togepi is a Normal-type Pokemon that evolves into ***********. He hatches from an egg. No real information is known about the Egg Pokemon that is only obtainable in Gold/Silver.
Pikablu/Marril
Marril is a Water-type Pokemon with a made-up nickname, Pikablu. This Pokemon made its first American appearance in Pokemon: The First Movie. Not much info is known about this Pokemon obtainable only in Gold/Silver.
