Review by Veridiana

Thought it will be another rowdyish and adventurous simple story. Only thought... Rowdyish - yes, adventurous - very well, but simple? Not a chance! It was a very nice surprise and variety to see trials that fail one by one. Each idea to get out off the sinking ship was spoiled by someone from the group closed in. Spoiled for different reasons: stupidity, fear, malice, selfishness. The writers proved their ingeniousness multiplying the adversities, caused by nature or people (who are more "creative" with regard to this). The difficulty for them was also the fact they placed the action in one place in one time (like in old-fashioned good criminals, although hmmm it's not a Crime Story). We can feel the sense of being trapped, but not of helplessness. Not with Xenaaa (!) by your side, in whose mind there are always a lot of salutary conceptions. I won't deny, I like qualmish endings. There is a little one here too: Gabrielle looking out for beloved friend to appear alive from the waves. Sweet. Well, summing up I give 4/6 points. It means the episode was very interesting but I wasn't emotionally involved. But it's not a crime too &:-)).
