2nd Sgt Henry W Ward - Enlisted 7/9/1861, Age 41 (born in Tennessee 12/16/1820), Detailed as a shoemaker at Richmond until February 1864, Furloughed home 2/12/1864 and does not return, Pension application states that he joined another (unspecified ) unit, Died in 1897

Francis M "Frank" White - He appears on the 1906 Roster Commission roll for Co E with the notation "Killed, Wilderness, Va. May 6, 1864" but he is not listed in the compiled service records for the Legion. It is likely that he had just joined Co E shortly before his death so he's included here based upon that probability. He is listed in the January 1864 "Joe Brown Militia Census" (which delineated all Georgia men age 16 to 60 NOT in service) in Lumpkin County as F M White, age 16 yrs 5 mos. A May 31,1864 letter from Lt Andrew Jackson Reese of Co E states that Frank was killed 5/31/1864 which would place his death in the actions around Cold Harbor, Va, Younger brother of Noah White, Son of Joabert and Sally White

Noah White - Enlisted 8/8/1861, Age 20, WIA at Fox's Gap Md 9/14/1862, Promoted Cpl during 1863, Roll dated 10/5/1864 shows him sick at home, AWOL thereafter, Pension application says he was recruiting at home at war's end, Died in 1910, Buried Corinth Church Cemetery in Lumpkin County, Older brother of F M "Frank" White, Son of Joabert and Sally White
